04 | Sharing Your Information
Thirty Forty does not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to third parties for commercial purposes. Your information is shared only in the circumstances described below.
4.1 Between Property Seekers and Owners
When a seeker initiates contact with an owner or landlord, limited profile information (name, verified status, mobile number if opted in) is shared to enable direct communication. Property address details are disclosed in full only upon confirmed contact or visit scheduling.
4.2 Service Providers
We share data with trusted third-party service providers who support Platform operations, including:
Cloud hosting and infrastructure providers (AWS, Google Cloud, or similar).
Payment gateways for processing subscription and listing fee payments.
Analytics and crash-reporting tools to monitor app performance.
SMS and email communication services for OTPs and notifications.
KYC and identity verification providers as required by law.
All service providers are bound by confidentiality agreements and may not use your data for any purpose other than the service they provide to us.
4.3 Home Loan and Financial Partners
